Audit & Review Services:  Malta resident companies are required to provide audited financial statements on an annual basis. In this regard, the firm strives to provide an intelligent approach to each of our audits in full compliance with legislation and our quality control procedures. Tax Advisory:  We would be happy to offer our advice on taxation issues related to Malta resident companies for Income tax, Capital Gains and VAT. Management Consultancy:  The firm has undertaken assignments on an ad hoc basis including financial projections and analysis, documentation related to bank financing and investigative audits. Preparations of Tax Returns:  We are a registered tax representative with the Malta tax authorities and can file electronic tax returns, shareholder registrations and tax refund claims. Company Formation:  We would assist in the preparation of the memorandum and articles, opening of local bank accounts and due diligence documentation. We can also provide a full service in terms of redomicilation of companies from foreign jurisdictions.
